Chris Le is a proven sales leader with 18-years of direct and channel sales experience in UCaaS, SIP, IP/MPLS, SD-WAN, Cloud Connect and Managed Security in the Midmarket and Enterprise sectors. Chris’ vast background enables him to quickly solidify partnerships and Chris is an expert in aligning partner customer goals with the appropriate technology to deliver the desired business outcome.
Prior to joining the CallTower team, Chris previously worked with GTT, Masergy and XO Communications.

Rafael drove all the strategic decisions and expansion for First Communications including product development.

Darren Suders, age 36, passed away suddenly after a cardiac event on Friday, March 17th. He is survived by his parents, wife Sonia and their three young children who need our collective prayers and support as they manage life without Darren.
For those of you in the Atlanta area who would like to celebrate Darren’s life, his memorial service will be on Thursday, March 23rd, at 4:00 at Houck’s Grille. The address is 10930 Crabapple Road; Roswell, Georgia, 30075.

CallTower Launches New CT Cloud Analyze Hardware

South Jordan, Utah and Boston, MA –- CallTower, a global leader in delivering cloud-based enterprise-class unified communications and collaboration solutions, has announced the launch of their new real-time data analytics hardware: CT Cloud Analyze.
Users of any unified communications system need to be able to monitor their network to maximize the potential efficiency and ROI. The simplest way to achieve this goal is with CallTower's CT Cloud Analyze hardware: a remote sensor placed in a customer's network.
While other monitoring devices only test the router or internet connection, CT Cloud Analyze sits where a phone or Softphone enabled computer would sit. Through a WIFI or direct connection, simulated voice traffic is sent every 30-seconds and mirrored to CallTower – providing real-time and historical QOS data. This data is available through a dashboard and alerts can be configured for any detected problem.
"The customer's network is a vital component of our services, and historically, we've had very little visibility into what goes on there," VP of Technology Jeff Schroeder explains. "CT Cloud Analyze allows us and our customers to see how that network is treating UCaaS traffic in real-time. Our Customers can be alerted as issues that could affect service arise, even on their network. This allows for a much more proactive response than troubleshooting user complaints after the fact."

This announcement ensues Microsoft’s recent notification that Skype for Business Online will be retired as of July 31, 2021. CallTower's Native Skype for Business customers will not be impacted by this Microsoft transition, as their customers are on CallTower's global private cloud. This private cloud operates on Skype for Business Enterprise Server Edition rather than the Skype for Business Online Edition. CallTower is continuing to invest in Skype for Business Server Edition 2019 to better serve and connect customers.
Skype for Business Server Edition 2019 is the newest software for hosted solutions. Alongside dynamic new features like Cloud Voicemail, Call Data Connector and side-by-side migration, it will bring the optimization and quality improvements resultant of running Skype for Business in Microsoft's cloud.
Skype for Business Enterprise Server Edition delivers both telephony and audio conferencing, allowing businesses to connect to external telephone services and make calls to any telephone user in the world via VoIP or landline.
